I grew up right next to Burl Oaks Golf Club and golfed there with friends as a kid, it was so fun to go back after all these years to film a wedding. Loring Social is an amazing Minneapolis wedding venue! It is located in the best looking alley way in the entire city, not to mention across the street from Loring Park and the Basilica! A few weeks ago we shot an amazing wedding at Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our close friends Jenna and Michael said their vows overlooking Lake Michigan and the beautiful gardens of the venue. When I was little I wanted to play in the NBA and go to the Hall of Fame, little did I know 5’9” scrawny guys don’t make the cut so I’ll take The Knot Hall of Fame as a close second.
Here’s our plaque we received from The Knot honoring our induction into The Knot Hall of Fame for wedding videography in Minnesota. We have won Best of The Knot for 4 years in a row and are striving to keep that streak going! Here’s to another busy but fun wedding season!
The Hutton House is one of our favorite venues to shoot at in the Twin Cities. The venue space is modern, bright, and open. The outdoor patio is an awesome spot for a ceremony or a cocktail hour. Last weekend we ventured up to Grand View Lodge on Gull Lake in Northern Minnesota for a beautiful wedding! The couple was so easy to work with and it was an amazing day with an outdoor ceremony and a sparkler send off to finish the night off! We are just wrapping a big corporate manufacturing video project from Hood River, Oregon. Not a bad place to work for a week. We filmed and edited a database of safety and troubleshooting tutorial videos for the employees. It was fascinating to learn about the manufacturing process. On to the next project!
