Here is our newest wedding highlights video from 2023! This was our first wedding filming at Redeemed Farm in Scandia, MN. Redeemed Farm is a beautiful farm venue outside of the Twin Cities. It was a pleasure to film a wedding there! It was a beautiful Minnesota summer day with a gorgeous sunset. This was the second wedding we have filmed at Bold Cellars at Carlos Creek Winery in Alexandria, MN. It is such a great venue in central MN. The ceremony space tucked away in the trees in magical. It is a beautiful property with many locations for filming portraits. We had such a fun day with Taylor, Chris, and their guests on their wedding day. There is something about the clean, modern white building of The Hutton House that is magical in the snow. We have filmed quite a few winter weddings at The Hutton House in Medicine Lake, MN over the years and they are always beautiful. Jenna & Joe’s wedding was no exception. The Hutton House was decorated beautifully for the day and the wedding went so smoothly. We’re so excited to share their highlights video below! We had the opportunity to film two promotional videos for the beautiful NE Minneapolis event venue Quincy Hall! It was really fun to work with the Quincy Hall event team to capture footage from corporate events, galas, and weddings at their unique space. We are combining footage from events as well as the empty venue to create informative, promotional videos of their venue. Here is a behind the scenes look at the interview portion of the video shoot. Last week we wrapped up a big series of social media product videos shot in a studio in NE Minneapolis. We did a lot of fun detailed product shots. We’re really excited to share the final products soon! We’re creating social media videos, advertisements for video ad screens throughout downtown Minneapolis, and a website header video for the company. We are often asked by couples, what the vintage looking footage is in some of wedding videos. It is shot on an old film camera called super 8. Super 8 footage is one of the most popular additions couples add to their wedding videography package with us. We typically film 1-3 rolls of super 8 film on a wedding day. Once the film is developed and digitalized, we edit it into the highlights video with the HD footage to add an awesome character and texture to the wedding film. We absolutely love filming super 8 and are always excited when a couple wants to add it to their wedding package. Check out a couple wedding highlights videos below featuring super 8 footage.

We have filmed many corporate events at the University Club of St. Paul over the years but this was our first opportunity to film a wedding at University Club of St. Paul! It was a beautiful November day with some autumn color still in the trees in Saint Paul, MN for Haley & Matt’s wedding celebration. Catalyst by Nature Link is one of the newest wedding venues in Minnesota and it’s amazing! Catalyst in Nisswa, MN is owned by the same people who created Pinewood in Cambridge, MN! They did an amazing job designing Catalyst by Nature Link! They didn’t miss a single detail and it is not only one of the best venues up north, but it’s one of the best venues in MN now! We can’t wait to film there again in summer 2023.

We are starting out 2023 busy! We have had many great corporate video shoots this winter in Minnesota. We just wrapped up a video shoot in downtown Minneapolis for a new liquor brand that is launching soon! It was a really fun shoot at a beautiful loft space and the W Hotel. There’s no wedding venue like Mill City Museum! The outdoor courtyard ceremony space in the museum’s ruins is so beautiful! We have been fortunate to film a few weddings over the years at this amazing downtown Minneapolis wedding venue! Kristen and Tyler’s whole wedding day was magical, they made filming and editing this highlights video easy. Can’t wait to film another wedding video at Mill City Museum soon!

In February 2023 we had the pleasure to film for a week at the Arctic Cat facility in Thief River Falls in northern Minnesota. We helped capture a bunch of interviews and b-roll footage for their new Catalyst line of snowmobiles coming out in 2024. It was really fun to work with the Arctic Cat crew on this video shoot and are excited to share all the final videos with you all.

What an epic day! We had never heard of Appleton, MN before this wedding. Kelsey and Saryna’s family farm was transformed to a beautiful farm wedding venue for the day! The wedding ceremony space was tucked in the trees and charming lights surrounded the outdoor dance floor. It feels crazy to say, but this was our first wedding we have ever filmed at Semple Mansion in Minneapolis. This is our 11th year filming weddings and we drive by the Uptown Minneapolis wedding venue all the time, but this was our first time at Semple. We hope it is the first wedding of many, because it is a beautiful historic building and the staff did a great job. Congrats to Sywia & Derek! More wedding videos to come soon!
